The dynamo team

Ben and Cat with their 25+ years’ experience of working in the fitness industry, have made Dynamo to be what it is today; a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive space. They believe strength underpins everything, and that creating training environment that is kind and compassionate gets you the best results.

All the coaches at Dynamo share this ethos and have been chosen for their warm and encouraging approach. They are super friendly coaches here to offer their expertise around all aspects of strength training, and to make sure you feel supported and have fun along the way.
