  • We understand that it is a common feeling when starting at a new gym, this is exactly what your free trial can help you with. When you get in touch with us, let us know about if you have any concerns/how you’re feeling about coming in.

We’ve helped members manage their gym anxiety by supporting them with a slow introduction to exercise, giving lots of personal attention, and making sure they’re doing movements and exercises that they enjoy so that the session isn’t too overwhelming.

You’ll also find that our members are supportive and super friendly.
