Dynamo is a friendly and welcoming gym where you are looked after by a dedicated coach.

Our current membership price is £115 per month, with a one off £7.50 joining fee.

We are the place for you if; you’ve ever felt uncomfortable in a gym, perhaps you aren’t sure what to do, you haven’t had someone there to motivate you, maybe you’re not sure how you can progress, you find workouts boring, or you start a fitness regime and give up quickly.

  • To get a feel of how Dynamo works we offer a free trial session to anyone who is interested in becoming a member. You will be met by one of our friendly coaches who will introduce you to the gym, the other members in the session, and will take you through a workout that is very much within your capabilities. Our coach is there to give you extra support if you are feeling anxious or uncertain.

The idea of this trial is to show you how we run sessions, and for you to ask any relevant questions. You will learn about and understand the philosophies we apply to the strength training workouts we take everyone through.

  • Your Dynamo membership includes:

    • Access to two gyms in the same location with a variety of strength training equipment
    • Hourly sessions via a booking system
    • A dedicated coach in each session to offer support and motivation
    • Bespoke programming to help you achieve your goals
    • Social events outside of the gym such as coffee mornings and group walks.

  • Your membership includes a bespoke programme designed for you, taking into account your goals, abilities and any injuries and/or conditions you may have. We don’t believe fun should be left out of the process, and we’ll help you find the exercises you enjoy doing.

Not every member wants to be on a programme if you’d like to be ad-libbed, then this is something our coaches more than happy to do.

  • If nutrition is something you are interested in delving into, at Dynamo we are on hand to offer advice around your nutritional habits to help steer you in the right direction of your goals. Initially we have general advice we give to everyone to get them on a generally good path, once that has been achieved, more nuanced goals can be set and advice can be given, as nutrition is a very complex facet of fitness that requires a lot of conversations around it before nuance can be applied.
